We did Esther’s sitting at her home. Things were moving right along, and I started to think to that we would be finished soon.   But the closer I got, the more I had to backtrack, the more I was confounded by interweaving details.     It took hours. Eventually, it became unreasonable. In such cases, after a certain point, I have to let the model go.   I make a wax or plaster mold and continue to work on the piece at my convenience without the model. →TO THE HEADS
