Levon Aronian

Levon is the third in my Chess Series, which I am expanding little by little. He is a multi-faceted superstar, laid-back and full of wit.   A rogue on the chessboard with a penchant for mischief (which is, regrettably, not always smiled upon). A fascinating and spirited man – truly magnificent!     He immediately understood the abstract way I conceive of my work, and I pursued the development of his portrait with avid curiosity. Naturally, his portrait was a challenge: a deep, almost severe look with sublime vastness, and his signature mischievousness. Honi soit qui mal y pense!     →TO THE HEADS
